At Landing, we do our best to find talented people who can do their best work in the specific environment of a specific organization. That’s why we look deeply into every application on our platform, curating those so that we can help the candidate fit the corresponding job… But we are always aiming for more!

Therefore, we have revamped our curation process in order to streamline it, and ensure that we put the right effort into what matters most: You!

We deeply believe that the sum of the parts is actually greater than the whole.

Ranking an application from 1 to 5 does not convey the true nature of matching a person to a job. Everyone is different, and no company is the same.

Now, we use 4 important dimensions so that you know where you stand regarding a particular job, namely the Location, Language, Skills and Experience Level dimensions. The rating for each dimension is calculated based on the inputs that you provide. This is why it is really important for us that you have your profile as complete and updated as possible, especially in fields that are related to these core dimensions.

Depending on the job that you are applying, a certification in a specific area or some extracurricular activities can also add Bonus points to your rating!

Finally, the overall rating of curation is a result of our global analysis in all these dimensions that are core to a perfect job fit… Since each organization has its own characteristics, it can value each dimension differently. To address this, soon, each organization is going to be able to weight each dimension according to its preferences! This will help us find you the job that we know you deserve.

We believe in transparency. We believe that honesty is absolutely necessary for professional growth. You will be aware of the criteria behind our rating — we will share that information with you. Your rating will be much more objective and clear.
