However, by ensuring that we only offer high-quality jobs, we can sometimes miss out on some of the more challenging roles in early-stage startups, where job security and financial backing may not be the strongest. This presents a problem, though; there are many people in our talent community who thrive in this type of role — having been an early-stage startup ourselves, we know how satisfying and rewarding these jobs can be.

So, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve teamed up with Holland Startup, a venture builder based out of Utrecht in the Netherlands. We’re partnering with them to offer tech positions at some of the early-stage startups that they’ve invested in.

The “venture builder” model fits nicely with what we’re offering talent. This is because these guys aren’t just funding the startups; they’re actively participating in the growth of the startup. They help startups with proof of concept, market research, product development, and more, all the way through to the scale-up phase. Because they’re investing so much time and resource into these startups, they have to be thorough with who they select to work with; and that gives us confidence that they’re offering high-quality jobs.

Holland Startup aspires to co-build successful startups with young entrepreneurs and graduates, and thereby to offer young talents the chance to shape society.
