Ahoy, Landing.jobs community!
Remember the guys who reinvented the job fair concept and turned into a career event? Yes, it’s us. We claimed it and we are serious about it. We are so s-e-r-i-o-u-s that we are pushing the entertainment part to the next level this year. It can’t all be business, right?
When you’re not talking to an employer or attending a panel discussion at the Landing.jobs Festival, here are a few of the activities you’ll be able to take part in:
1. More boats
How about giving everyone the possibility to own a boat for a moment. Wouldn’t you like that? We’re making it happen.
Thanks to our partnership with HP Modelismo, we are going to have plenty of remote control boats cruising around the marina. We understand that throwing an event in a marina in Lisbon obliges us to let you feel like a true captain.
2. Video Games
Talking of tech toys, if you’ve been hoping we’d bring back the video games from last year, we’re happy to let you know that we are!
Our friends at Nostalgica will let you travel back in time and think you’re in your sweats playing Final Fantasy all over again.
3. Live Sketching
But at the end of the day, it can’t be all about tech toys, right? What about music and arts?
Thanks to our brothers and sisters from Book a Street Artist, we will present to you fine arts performed by top street artists.
Patricia is going to make a fully pimped artistic transcript of our discussions, ala live sketching. Something like this:
4. Music
The official soundtrack to the Landing.jobs Festival will be provided by outstanding and extraordinary artists like Ricardo and Gaspar.
Still not convinced it’s going to be epic? Let me spice it up with the original Ritmundo spice. Yes, Ritmundo is coming and they are going to make our hearts beat beat beat faster.

I think this is quite enough of attractions for one blog post… Or maybe not? Do you have something in mind that we could feature at the Festival? Let us know!
Have you heard of our Facebook group, Landing.party, or about Landing.slack? Join us there and feel free to drop us some suggestions! We always love engaging with our community and feeling your support.
See you at the Festival!
