As you know (or should!) we’re hosting the only tech careers conference you need to join this year — the one and only Future.Works Tech Conference. We’ll be launching several updates in the coming weeks regarding new speakers, what’s new on the agenda and crazy good ticket promos that you won’t want to miss.

They’re going to be short and fiery updates, so hold on tight for the ride! 🔥

Without further ado, let’s see what we have this week.

Speakers

Last week we announced Margaret Buj, Bethan Vincent and Ekaterina Sirazitdinova. Today we’re unveiling two more names that you won’t want to miss:

André Amorim — Human Resources Professional at Philip Morris International & TV Sports Commentator at Eleven. André describes himself as a “student of the extraordinary, good and bad”. He values the human connection: learning from others, developing genuine connections and hearing other people’s passions. His background and experience in sports will surely provide for an interesting talk and we can’t wait to unveil what it will be about!

Steve Poole — Developer Advocate @ SonaType, he’s also a DevOps practitioner and a long-time Java developer. Steve is another top tech profile we have at the Future.Works Tech Conference. He has been working on Java SDKs and JVMs since Java was less than 1, and is also a seasoned speaker and regular presenter at international conferences on technical and software engineering topics. His talk is going to be focused on a very interesting topic: cybercrime. 😈
