We just finished Landing.Jobs 3rd week working remote and we are finally settling in with this new routine. We’ve been taking care of each other and having sync meetings so we keep ourselves in the loop.
Also, we’ve been launching a bunch of initiatives while trying to adapt to this new reality. Take a look at everything we have been shipping these days — and there’s a lot more to come!
- Know Your Value
We want to share knowledge, give you tips and help you with your career path as a whole, no matter if you want to work remotely or not. With this in mind, we developed the ‘Know Your Value’: a full-remote initiative that aims to help you understand what is your Market Value.
Through this process, we will measure how attractive your Tech Profile is based on your strengths and aspects you should work on. You can apply here. Good luck!
- Barometer of Remote Work (in Portugal)
We are aware that countless Portuguese companies have had to adapt the way they work due to the circumstances imposed by the current pandemic. We are no exception — we are learning on a daily basis and creating processes that ensure both our individual productivity and the company’s profitability.
Together with People Magazine, we launched an initiative entirely focused on this new reality: the Remote Work Barometer. We intend to collect weekly feedback from Portuguese workers who are working remotely during the COVID-19 crisis.
- Home Offic(ially)
One of the biggest challenges in making the move to working fully remote is keeping the team connected and engaged. Home Offic(ially) is Landing.Jobs new series where one of our landers will be joined by someone from the community to share experiences and provide some insights about remote working.
The first session will be on 7th April at 5PM WET — Mariel Dommering (Chief People Officer @ Nmbrs) will join our DE & NL Market Lead Damian Ciocianu! You can participate here — hoping to see there!
We’ll be releasing the results of the Tech Survey soon. Stay tuned for more!
