That’s right, folks, the second edition of the Landing.jobs Festival is going to happen. It’ll have a riverside view once more at the Lisboa Marina. Here’s all you need to know! ⛵️

Yes, you read that correctly. This year, the numbers will double:
- Last year, the Festival lasted 8 hours.
This year, the Festival will be TWO. DAYS. LONG. - Last year, six hundred tech professionals joined us.
This year, you can expect 1200 tech professionals from all over the world! - Last year, thirty companies trusted our vision and took part.
This year, prepare to meet 60 of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
What to expect
Networking, so much networking
What better way to know what it’s all going to be about than hearing it from our co-founder Pedro Oliveira:
“We’re making sure to bring our Community back together and provide them with the best offline event. We are making sure that a lot of international companies will be present at the Landing.jobs Festival, as well as international candidates. We want our Festival to be about Community, but also about learning and networking.”
Here’s what we’ve got up our sleeve for you:
- Speaker Sessions
International guest speakers will be invited by us to discuss various career-related topics. Keep a lookout for our announcements up until the Festival!
- Peer Presentations
Attending companies will share different aspects of what it’s like to work with them. You’ll have a personal look into what their business, technology and culture looks like.
- Career Fair
You can mingle along our resident companies’ stands all over the Marina and know all about the tech jobs they have on offer for professionals like you. It’ll be like a live Landing.jobs platform in the flesh (brace yourself, Product Team).
- Networking Delight
You’ll have the chance to network with your tech peers and so many players of the tech industry. Anything can happen with a beer in hand.
- Fearless Fun
We will set sail on the Tejo River once more, but this year you can expect a lot of other fun and exciting activities only the fearless will dare to try out.

How to come
My kingdom for a seat
If you’re a tech professional or fit into one of our many job categories, there’s a seat waiting for you, from Data Science to Product Management to Digital Marketing.
To ensure that the best professionals will be joining us, we’re choosing candidates according to tech skills on Landing.jobs.
To grab a seat, you just need to:
- Register on our Eventbrite form below until April 30, 2016;
- Wait a maximum of 2 weeks to know if you’ll be one of the attendees.

Competitions
All roads lead to Lisbon
We’re also holding two very special competitions. If you’re:
1) a Developer*
2) from Latin America OR Europe
*working in Front-end, Back-end, iOS Dev, Android Dev, Data Science & DevOps, you are welcome! We have tech tests set up for you, and if you end up being one of the almost 80 winners, we’ll cover all your travelling and accommodation expenses — that’s right, you can come and stay in Lisbon for free.
